At this stage Bubble & Style only ships to South Africa.
Bubble & Style offers a variety of shipping methods for you to consider including collection or delivery via Pudo.
The Pudo option covers parcel delivery Locker-to-Locker with Pudo (Alt paxi). You will need to collect your product from a Pudo outlet convenient to you. Bubble & Style will not be responsible for orders not collected from the locker in the allocated time frame. Any returns or extra charges levied due to non-collection will be for the customer’s account.
Other delivery options include normal or express door to door delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that someone is available at the address to receive shipments. Bubble and Style will not bear responsibility for any extra charges levied or parcels returned to sender due to no one being available at the delivery address to receive parcels delivered.
While all efforts will be made to adhere to the stated schedules, factors such as political unrest, pandemics, etc could result in an increased delivery period. We can not be held liable for late deliveries in such circumstances.
The cut-off time for order placement is 10.00 am Mon to Fri. Orders placed after this time will normally only be processed on the following working day.
The waybill details will be sent to you as soon as your parcel has been sent via Pudo. Thereafter Pudo will email and SMS collection details directly to you.
Please allow an extra couple of days for far outlying areas.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
Exchanges
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery, please notify us within 7 days by sending us an email at admin@bubbleandstyle.co.za to request an exchange. Please include pictures and the invoice in your email.

All items are 100% quality-checked before posting.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once the item has been received, inspected, and found to be in the original condition, a refund will be processed. This may take a couple of days to reflect into your account. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
